We present you with a brief analytical review of incidents for November-December 2020. In total, over the specified period, IMPACT registered 62 incidents related to complete or partial loss of cargo, the damage from which amounted to more than 150 million rubles. The most vulnerable categories of goods became: Food (30.2%), Household appliances (18.8%), metal (12.5%), industrial equipment (10.5%), Cosmetics and hygiene (8.6%) ...
More than 89% of all thefts were committed fraudulently. Theft in parking lots and on the move accounts for 11% of the total number of incidents. Among the settlements in terms of the number of incidents, the leaders are Moscow and the Moscow region (35), St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region (9), Yaroslavl, Tver, Kirov regions and the Perm region (15 incidents in total). IMPACT marks the traditional seasonal surge in criminal activity in December 2020 (over 68% of all incidents). On the basis of the data received by IMPACT from its partners and other information sources, 13 notifications of cargo incidents were prepared.
