According to information provided by IMPACT project partners on March 28, 2022, a scheme was identified aimed at stealing cargo through fraudulent activities. Unidentified persons, probably acting on behalf of a resold transport company, provide for loading a vehicle registered in the Republic of Tatarstan with a driver registered in the Vologda Oblast. Also, according to the information provided by the project partners, on March 27, 2022, this vehicle, under the control of a driver, with registration in the Komi Republic, tried to load it in Novomoskovsk, Tula Region, with a load of "household chemicals".
