Dear partners and users of IMPACT!
On January 26, IMPACT signed an Associate Membership Agreement in the European Transport Safety Association - TAPA EMEA www.tapa-global.org, which aims to reduce cargo losses in international supply chains and unite the industry's efforts in the fight against modern security threats in logistics.
In addition to implementing joint initiatives with TAPA to introduce security standards, counter criminal threats and identify trends in organized crime, IMPACT is able to combine the databases of incidents of both systems and provide its members with the opportunity to see and more fully assess the picture of what is happening in the field of cargo transportation security, as well as continue to exchange best practices and technologies for loss prevention and risk reduction in supply chains. We believe that expanding the geographic coverage will enable IMPACT users to keep up to date on current security threats and enhance their risk management capabilities in their subject areas.
The combined service will be available in the Analytics section, including information on safe parking lots in Europe, the most risky sections of the routes, etc. In the attached brochure you can find basic information about the TARA Association, its members, programs and benefits from participation. You can learn more about the activities of TARA at the link above.
