According to information from IMPACT partners, on December 22, 2021 in Bryansk there was
a vehicle with a carrying capacity of 20 tons is loaded with cargo
"Alcoholic beverages" (cost to be specified). Vehicle to point
destination in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, did not arrive. The cargo is stolen in full
volume. The person who introduced himself as the driver presented
falsified documents in the name of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus.
Please note that on September 17, 2021, the same person using different
falsified documents in the name of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, managing
by another means of transport, received a consignment of "confectionery"
worth 879.845 rubles. in the village Builder, Tambov region, for delivery to Zaslavl, Republic of Belarus. The vehicle did not arrive at the destination, the cargo was stolen in full.
On September 29, 2021, the same person, using other falsified documents in the name of a Russian citizen, while driving another vehicle, received a fish cargo worth 2,289,696 rubles in Ryazan for delivery to Smolensk. The vehicle did not arrive at the destination, the cargo was stolen in full.
