On November 21, 2019, the person driving the vehicle provided documents for loading in the name of Rashitov Radik Safargalievich. After loading, this person disappeared from communication. Place of loading Sovetsk Tula region, unloading point Barnaul. The nature of the load is toilet paper. Estimated cost of stolen cargo 1,500,000 rubles;

After loading, this person disappeared from communication. Place of loading Moscow, Yaroslavl highway, unloading point Novosibirsk. The nature of the cargo is confectionery. Estimated cost of stolen cargo 15,000,000 rubles;
On November 23, 2019, the person driving the vehicle provided documents for loading in the name of Shevtsov Alexander Ivanovich during loading. After loading, this person disappeared from communication. Place of loading p.Sofino Moscow region, unloading point, Ufa. The nature of the load is shoes. The cost of the stolen cargo is 17.324.000 rubles;
On November 25, 2019, the person driving the vehicle provided documents for loading in the name of Shevtsov Alexander Ivanovich during loading. After loading, this person disappeared from communication. Place of loading Mytishchi, Moscow region, unloading point of Zelenodolsk. The nature of the load is food. Estimated cost of stolen goods not established;
On November 26, 2019, the person driving the vehicle provided documents for loading in the name of Rashitov Radik Safargalievich. After loading, this person disappeared from communication. Place of loading: 1) Moscow, Odoevsky passage 2) Moscow, Ilmensky passage 3) Moscow region, Balashikha, unloading point, Naberezhnye Chelny. The nature of the cargo is automobile spare parts and auto chemical goods. Estimated cost of the stolen cargo 1,783,000 rubles;
The IMPACT system draws your attention to the fact that the vehicles driven by these persons have already taken part in 4 episodes related to the theft of goods by fraud from April 26 to May 2, 2019. Both vehicles had other state registration marks, according to the documents belonged to other owners and were controlled by other persons !!! Used in the following episodes:
April 29, 2019 - route: Dzerzhinsky, Moscow Region - Nizhnevartovsk, the nature of the cargo is auto chemical goods, the cost of the stolen cargo is 1,300,000 rubles;
May 2, 2019 - route: Ramenskoye, Moscow Region - Chelyabinsk, the nature of the cargo - food, the value of the stolen cargo is 1,200,000 rubles;
April 27, 2019 - route: Moscow-Bratsk, the nature of the cargo - mining equipment, the cost of the stolen cargo 11.000.000 rubles;
April 26, 2019 - route: Podolsk, Moscow Region-Bratsk, the nature of the cargo is motor oil, the cost of the stolen cargo is 4,500,000 rubles
Presumably, the same organized criminal group stole goods worth more than 53.607.000 rubles from April 2019 to November 2019!
To reduce the risk of complete loss of cargo, the IMPACT system recommend that additional verification measures be carried out to identify vehicles and carriers operating in violation of UATiGNET Article 15 and unloading cargo in violation of a special legal norm as directed by unknown persons.
