What data sources does IMPACT use?
IMPACT draws information about incidents from decisions of Russian arbitration courts on issues loss of cargo, media reports and from their partners (insurance, freight carriers, shippers). Before uploading to the portal, all information is carefully checked and is completely reliable.
How much does the service for checking drivers and participants in transportation cost?
Prices for the "Verification" service depend on the volume. IMPACT plans to have 3-4 packages for different categories of users, each of which will primarily differ in the number of requests per month. The final cost of each package will be determined based on the results of the test period. Presently this issue can be discussed on an individual basis.
How does IMPACT differ from other counterparty verification services?
IMPACT is a unique service in the field of cargo transportation and logistics security. None of existing systems for checking counterparties is not able to identify falsified documents, specified in the application for transportation or presented by drivers at loading. None of existing systems cannot determine whether the driver or vehicle participated in previous fraudulent schemes of cargo theft. The check is carried out in a complex according to parameters and information that other services do not track or provide.
What discount will my company receive if it shares its incidents?
In the test package, users are provided with 50 free complex checks and unlimited use of the Analytics service. IMPACT is unable to maintain one-time verification requests. Why do I need IMPACT if all risks are insured and the carrier / distributor is responsible for them?
Insurance covers only direct financial losses at the cost of the cargo itself. Indirect losses in the form of additional costs for the production, storage and transportation of a new batch of goods can increase this amount by 4-6 times, depending on the type of product. Reputation damage and fines for failure to comply with the terms of the supply agreement also carries risks and additional costs for cargo owners to consider.
What to do if, as a result of using IMPACT, the system issued a "high" risk of working with a supplier transportation services?
A “high” level of risk indicates that the driver's identity documents are invalid or falsified. In addition, a “high” risk indicates that the driver and / or the vehicle could take part in incidents related to total or partial loss cargo.
